FliqMedia Tech Private Limited (“FanFliQ”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates a platform that facilitates direct interactions between creators, brands, and their fans through a community-first model and AI-powered insights.

By accessing or using FanFliQ, you consent to the collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. What is FanFliQ?

FanFliQ is a direct-to-fan and brand-to-customer engagement platform designed to help creators, agencies, and brands build, manage, and grow their communities. It provides:

  • A Fan App for exclusive content, gamified perks, leaderboards, referrals, and membership experiences.

  • An AI-powered Dashboard for creators, agencies, and brands to analyze audience data, rank top fans/customers, and plan AI-suggested campaigns across Instagram, Spotify, YouTube, Reddit, email, and push notifications.

  • Branded Fan Apps for creators and brands to host their own exclusive communities.

By connecting with FanFliQ, fans receive privileged access to songs, BTS content, early drops, merch, exclusive offers, and more.

2. Definitions

  • Fan – A user who subscribes to, purchases from, or engages with a Creator or Brand’s content or community.

  • Creator – A user who creates and monetizes content or manages a fan community on FanFliQ.

  • Agency – An individual or organization managing one or more Creators or Brands on FanFliQ.

  • Brand – A business using FanFliQ to create communities, engage customers, and run marketing campaigns.

  • Team Member – A sub-user added to manage an account on behalf of a Creator, Agency, or Brand.

3. What is Personal Data?

“Personal Data” means information that can directly or indirectly identify you, such as:

  • Name, contact details, date of birth, gender, social handles.

  • Location data (city, state, country).

  • Engagement history across FanFliQ and connected platforms.

De-identified or anonymized data that cannot identify you is not considered personal data and may be used for analytics and service improvements.

4. Types of Data We Collect

From Fans:

  • Full name, username, verified email, phone number.

  • Date of birth, gender, city/state/country.

From Creators, Agencies, and Brands:

  • Full name, alias, and business or residential address.

  • Contact information and social handles.

  • Government-issued ID and selfie for verification.

  • Signature on release forms (if applicable).

From Platform Use:

  • In-app engagement and activity.

  • Comments, messages, fan/customer interactions.

  • Leaderboard and referral activity.

  • Streaming and social engagement data from connected platforms.

  • Campaign responses and purchase history.

5. AI Dashboard, Predictive Analytics & Gamification

FanFliQ uses AI and machine learning to:

  • Analyze sentiment from social media comments and in-app activity.

  • Rank fans/customers based on engagement, purchases, and referral activity.

  • Predict potential superfans and churn risk.

  • Suggest campaigns, content formats, and timing.

Note: AI outputs are predictions and may not be 100% accurate.
All campaigns (email, push, DM) require manual approval before sending.

Leaderboard and referral rankings may display usernames or first names publicly in the community.

6. Referral & Reward Tracking

If you participate in Referral FliQ or gamified activities:

  • We track invites, successful joins, and rewards earned.

  • Fraudulent activity (fake accounts, bots) may lead to disqualification and account suspension.

  • Rewards are subject to availability and change without notice.

7. Data Connections with External Platforms

You may connect:

  • Instagram

  • Spotify

  • YouTube

  • Reddit

We use official APIs and only access data you consent to share.
When you disconnect a platform, new data will stop syncing, but previously collected data may be retained until deleted or anonymized.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Maintain session integrity.

  • Understand usage patterns.

  • Track referrals and campaign results.

  • Improve platform features.

Some cookies are from service providers like analytics and payment partners.

9. Payment Data Handling

  • Payments are processed through third-party providers.

  • We do not store full card or bank details.

  • Transactional records are kept for dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

10. Data Sharing with Creator, Brand & Agency Teams

If you subscribe to or engage with a Creator or Brand:

  • Your name, gender, city/state/country, and messages may be shared with their authorized team.

  • Aggregated insights (e.g., top fans list, spending rank) may be visible to the Creator, Brand, or Agency managing the account.

  • FanFliQ is not responsible for how Creators/Brands use this data outside our platform.

11. Third-Party Links & Integrations

FanFliQ may link to or integrate with external services (e.g., payment gateways, social logins).
Your use of these services is governed by their own privacy policies.

12. Global Data Processing & Compliance

FanFliQ operates globally. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own.
We comply with applicable data protection laws, including:

  • GDPR (EU) – rights to access, correct, delete, and restrict processing.

  • CCPA (California) – rights to know, delete, and opt-out of data sales (FanFliQ does not sell personal data).

13. Data Retention

We keep your data only as long as needed for:

  • Providing platform services.

  • Improving features.

  • Resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations.

Once no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized.


  1. Data Security
     We take the protection of your data seriously. All Google user data accessed by our application is handled securely and used only for the purposes explicitly stated (such as sending emails on your behalf). We do not share, sell, or disclose your data to third parties. Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality of your information, including the use of encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and, where applicable, encryption at rest. Access to user data is restricted to authorized systems only, and we request the minimum scopes necessary to provide our service.
